Fort Wayne-based community oncology practice changes clinic locations to enhance access to exceptional cancer care for patients in the community

FORT WAYNE, Ind., Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fort Wayne Medical Oncology and Hematology (FWMOH), a partner practice of American Oncology Network (AON), has relocated its Decatur clinic to 815 High Street, Suite C, Decatur, IN 46733, and will close its Bluffton clinic, effective Sept. 29, 2026.

Current and prospective patients can call 260-436-0800 with questions or to schedule an appointment.

Board-certified medical oncologists and hematologists Matthew L. Carr, MD, Michael Epstein, MD, Richard Zhang, MD, and nurse practitioner Carrie Boots, MSN, APRN-BC, OCN, are now seeing patients at the new Decatur location.

Board-certified gynecologic oncologists Scott Goodrich, MD, and Iwona Podzielinski, MD, will begin seeing patients at the new Decatur location on Sept. 23, 2026.
